Choose and elaborate why.

If running from a duel isn't allowed, there shouldn't be any reason to have forcepowers if its a strait up contest of saber skill.

I believe that Force Powers should be allowed in their entirety, as the opponent can only blame themselves if they find themselves victim to a wave of Lightning, or choking to death.
Example: I MBlock my opponent; he jumps around hysterically - no FP; I grip him, and kill him.
A decent dueler will most certainly have Force Block 3, and will know how to counter Force Powers - it's their fault if they find themselves at the receiving end, in my opinion.
Push - Fine. Pull - Fine. Mind Trick - Fine (You'd have to be pretty stupid to lose your FP in a 1v1 to around 30) Speed - Fine (Whilst using speed you are very vulnerable) Grip - Same as Mind Trick Lightning - Fine.

All forcepowers are fine and dandy. It'll allow for some cool nuts to happen in otherwise boring fights

I agree with agent and ben. The reasons stated above are about as good as i could say it myself, so no need really.

Speed - Fine (Whilst using speed you are very vulnerable) Of all people agent you must know this is a lie. If you use speed properly, you are hardly vulnerable.

Of course, I didn't say that if you weren't using it good you'd stand less risk of being caught. Very good duelers will calculate when to push/pull someone during speed. Even when using Grip and Lightning, you can be instakilled with saber slice - it's all about knowing when and how to use each Force Power. Many is the time that I've had someone attempt to speed around me, even for a split-second, and I've pulled them and KA-BAM. I'm sure loads of people know when to successfully pull/push/fry/choke someone during speed, or any Force for that matter

Still, having speed gives you an extra option to attack. Which clearly is in advantage. And this is something you don't want because then it matters whether you are jedi or sith. Maybe only allow neutral forcepowers.

Only neutral force powers, meaning Push and Pull. Speed is not neutral.

Enabling speed will be a deadly mistake on my opponent's behalf.
